These terms govern your use of the services provided by Ronald Sypolt III, doing business as SyniRon Labs ("SyniRon Labs," "we," "us") at syniron.com and related subdomains.

Services

SyniRon Labs builds and sells software tools, automations, and SaaS products, and offers custom software development and technical consulting services.

Refunds

Consulting engagements are invoiced according to the governing agreement for the work. Fees for completed work are non-refundable. Fees prepaid for work not yet commenced may be refunded at the operator's discretion if the engagement is cancelled by either party.

SaaS subscription refund terms, where applicable, are displayed at the point of purchase and governed by the cancellation policy in effect at that time.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a consulting engagement in writing. Fees for work already completed at the time of cancellation remain due. SaaS subscriptions, when offered, will display cancellation terms at point of purchase.

"As is" and "as available"

Services and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Maryland law, SyniRon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services. Total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to SyniRon Labs in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Minimum age

The services are not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the services or send any information to SyniRon Labs.

Changes to these terms

SyniRon Labs may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at /terms with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
